ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT MILITARY BALL

Program is from 7p - 9p


At the conclusion of the program, the banquet becomes a dance party for the cadets. Parents are usually encouraged [by their cadet] to make their exit at this point. The party will end at Midnight*.


*We are aware of the curfew for under-age drivers (16 yr old: cannot be driving past 11p, 17 cannot be driving past 12a). In light of this, we are going to allow every guest to hold on to their ticket in the event they do not leave on time are driving past their curfew time.


ATTIRE:
Female Cadets: Evening gown
Male Cadets: 'Mess Dress' (Blues with white long-sleeve collar shirt and black bow tie)
Adults: Semi Formal / Business Casual


WHAT TO EXPECT:

Guest Check-In: There will be two guest check-in tables - one for parents and honored guests and another for cadets. Check-in tables are placed outside of the doors so please expect to stand in line for a few minutes in the warm weather. 

 
Receiving Line: Once you enter the room, you will go through the receiving line which will consist of our instructors, Col. Lefevre & MSgt. Miles, as well as, some of our cadet staff. At this point, you will be stopped briefly for a photo.


Table Assignments: Each guest has been assigned to a table. There are cadet tables and parent tables. Cadets and parents are not assigned to the same tables. To find out what table you have been assigned to, please refer to the number printed on the backside of your ticket. If you have any trouble finding your table, there will be a cadet present to assist you to your seat.


Photobooth: There will be a photobooth available for you to take a photo with your family and friends. We will begin with formal portraits at the beginning of the night and transition to more casual photobooth photos after the awards program is over. The photos are complimentary - one (1) per person.


Photography: There will be a professional photographer taking photos. The link to the photos will be announced both via email and on our Facebook page. For the safety and privacy of our cadets, the link will be password-protected. If you would like to take photos, yourself, you are free to do so.
